1. Services

ZENIX provides mobile luxury interior detailing services by appointment only.
All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition at the time of service.

Service durations are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation.

  • ZENIX reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing

  • Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size and condition.

  • Additional services or add-ons may incur extra charges and will be discussed prior to service.

  • Final pricing is confirmed after vehicle inspection.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • ZENIX does not store or process sensitive payment information directly.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Vehicle Condition & Limitations

ZENIX specializes in interior refresh and detailing, not full restoration services.

The following are not included unless agreed upon separately:

  • Deep carpet extraction

  • Severe stain removal

  • Excessive pet hair removal

  • Mold or biohazard cleanup

Results may vary depending on vehicle condition.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

  • Removing personal or valuable items prior to service

  • Ensuring the vehicle is in a safe location for service

ZENIX is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

8. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service, concerns must be raised at the time of completion so they may be addressed promptly.

9. Liability

ZENIX is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items left inside the vehicle

All services are performed with professional care and industry-standard products.

10. Website Use

Use of this website is at your own risk. ZENIX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

11. Changes to These Terms
