Cancellation Policy
Appointments for the Luxury Interior Refresh must be scheduled in advance. A deposit must be required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. The service duration is approximately 2 hours and may vary depending on vehicle condition. This service focuses on interior cleaning, stain treatment, and interior freshening. It does not include deep extraction, severe stain removal, excessive pet hair removal, or restoration services. By booking, the client agrees to these terms and understands that results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.
