At ZENIX, we take pride in delivering high-quality luxury interior detailing services. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. No Refunds After Service Completion
Due to the nature of detailing services, all sales are final once the service has been completed. Refunds will not be issued after the service is finished.
2. Service Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with the service, you must notify us at the time of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns on-site.
Failure to raise concerns during the appointment will be considered acceptance of the service as completed.
3. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure an appointment:

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for rescheduling without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances where:

The service could not be completed due to an issue caused directly by ZENIX

The issue cannot be reasonably resolved on-site
Any approved refund is issued at the sole discretion of ZENIX.
